So, should people who sin/err, should they be given a 2nd chance? Will they change??

YES YES~~ Though not everyone will change, I believe those who are sincere to do so deserves another chance. May that be only 1% of the lot, we ought to give them one more try (and maybe another…. and another?). Graciousness starts from whom?
